My Current Favourite Savoury Recipes! Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Diary Free and Refined Sugar free!

So today I thought why not share the recipes which are continuously being made in my kitchen! All these recipes are Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Diary Free and Refined Sugar free!

Now it is not a surprise if you know me but I love Deliciously Ella! Her recipes fit my diet perfectly and her book is a must in my kitchen!

1) SUPERFOOD BREAD

The first recipe is from Deliciously Ella. I am allergic to wheat, gluten, dairy and intolerant to yeast. So bread is a pretty hard element to include in my diet! However look no further because this bread is free of all those things and an extra bonus it tastes amazing!

2) Cauliflower Rice

Now this isn't a meal on its own however add it to a dish you would normally serve with rice and boom. Thank me later!
I do not have an issue with rice however I don't want to eat rice all the time. Personally I love the taste of my cauliflower rice and I love the consistency! It is so similar to rice! This is also a great alternative if you are trying to cut down on your carbs.

All you do is..
1) Cut off a portion of cauliflower (I like to use 1/4)
2) Blend in a food processor (I used to use my nutribullet and that worked fine) until a rice consistency.
3) Heat a little oil in a pan (I always use coconut oil)
4) Toss the cauliflower rice and add in seasoning i.e salt and pepper.
5) I like to eye ball when my rice is ready and sometimes I add a little boiling water to help the mixture soften. It is personal preference as you could even eat this raw.

3) Vegetable and Bean/ Chickpea Stew

This last recipe is something I like to make all the time! It is great because you just use any vegetable you have in your fridge and it is a great meal for the end of the week! I also like to make a big batch and then I store the rest in the fridge/ freezer for the week! So quick and easy!

1) Chop an onion.
2) Heat oil in a sauce pan (I always use coconut oil)
3) sauté the onion until golden brown and you can see it has cooked through
4) Chop all vegetables you are using. I like to use Aubergines, parsnips, peas, broccoli, asparagus to be honest anything I have! (Side note I do like to have a vegetable like an aubergine or butternut squash as my base, it adds a lot of substance.)
5) Add all vegetables to the sauce pan and 1 tin of chopped tomatoes.
6) Wash and drain beans of choice or chickpeas. Add to mixture.
7) Season with chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
8) Add a little boiling water so all vegetables are in the mixture.
9) Cover with a lid and cook until the vegetables are cooked through. (Stir Occasionally)

Add this to a pasta, or your cauliflower rice or even eat on its own! It is one of my favourites and it is so cheap and easy! It also is a great warming dish in the cooler months!
