Nama | Notting Hill

Nama Foods. All the health conscious bloggers rave about it and their image gallery has you drooling. So what is all the hype about? I went along myself to find out!
Set back from the main road on Talbot Road, from the first look Nama is not 'in your face'. The exterior is pretty sleek and simple. It is rather small however do not be fooled there is a downstairs! If you would like to eat there for dinner I suggest you book in advanced! They were fully booked when I went however luckily I was only after a piece of cake so I was able to sit at the bar type area.

Everything on the menu is Gluten free and Vegan and RAW so that meant it was my heaven! They also do not use refined sugar in their desserts! Yipppeeee! The menu it self in my opinion is great as there is a large choice and for this type of dinning and for the quality it is reasonable priced.

I have been to Nama twice now each time only after their cakes. I hardly ever get to dive into a piece of cake due to my allergies so when the opportunity arises I am there! The first visit I shared the blueberry cheesecake and the mocha cheesecake with my mum and I can confirm they tasted even better than they looked! They are quite dense desserts however they are so creamy and a real treat to eat!

The second visit I went for the daily special which was an orange and chocolate cake. This was my favorite my far! I love the mix of chocolate and orange and the balance of sweetness was perfect! Each dessert is £6 however you do get a great sized portion and it is worth every penny. They also offer a sharing board which is £6 per person! I really want to try this so who wants to come with me?!

I had a snaky peek at other dinners main meals and I must say they looked amazing! One day I will go there for dinner and I would also love to go for breakfast as the menu really appeals to me!

If these pictures alone do not persuade you to check this joint out then I do not know what will!

Do you know of any good gluten free/ vegan restaurants or cafes in London? Please let me know!

Have a great day!
