The First 5 Steps To FLIP YOUR LIFE

Cut back the lies. We all have highs and lows. If you are having a low moment here are the FIRST 5 STEPS to FLIP YOUR LIFE.

Well you might 'loose' yourself however I like to think of it as having an explore.

Is this a negative thing? In the moment it feels like a 'yes' however taking a step back you flip it to a 'no'.

Let's just talk about the feelings and emotions that no one likes to mention on social media. Why would people post about it right? It is a negative part of your life to highlight. However flip the coin and it is a positive thing to talk about to show we are one.

I find it hard to write about these moments too as my initial thought is I do not want to show weakness but you know what screw it. The fact I can talk about it is a huge strength. Life just is not how I want it right now. I have dreams, goals and plans which just seem so close yet so far and I have been fighting for the last 4 years. I work every single day and I feel like I am not getting a lot back.

You start to think what is the secret I am missing? Then you do the worst thing possible and start comparing yourself to others. Then you get frustrated thinking why am I not getting anywhere.

When your starting to feel drained, weak and deflated this is when you need to FLIP IT.

I have realised over the past few months slowly I have turned to the negative side and it is only now that I have hit the bottom I have realised. Well I am fed up and things need to change.  I feel like my life is not moving forward like it should. Like they say positive mind, positive life.

Here are my first 5 steps to FLIP IT.

1) Write down a pros and cons list. This can be anything from 'I love peanuts at the moment' to a mental thought.

2) Go through the cons list and write down how can you change that. The aim of the game is to cross off the cons list once it is not longer a con.

3) What is working and what is not. Look at your work load for example I may look at my youtube videos and see what content works for me and what doesn't.

4) Go within. Write down what makes you happy and what makes you low. Focus on doing more of what makes you happy and try to eliminate the things which make you low. What is it about your mental state which needs to change. Are you projecting the best version of yourself?

5) Look at your surroundings. Your surroundings have a huge influence on your mood. This could be your living space, people or simple as lighting. Have a clean out, puts some lights on and try to avoid toxic people! Vitamin D from the sun is proven to improve your mood so don't be locked in the dark!

Life... It's not all Prada bags and lobsters! People can make out it is but I will let you in on a secret... they are liars. Everyone experiences hard times in some shape or form even celebrities!
