Kick Hay Fever With PINEAPPLES!

Pineapples seem to be the craze! If there isn't a pineapple on your phone wall paper or on your Instagram then there is bound to be a pineapple home decor piece in your home somewhere!

Although this fruit may look aesthetically pleasing it is actually packed with a lot of power when it comes to our health! It is time to start eating pineapple and here is why...

Hay fever season is in full swing and Pineapples contain Bromelain which is a natural protein digesting enzyme which has been proven to enhance the effects of Quercitin. Quercitin is a flavanoid which stops the production and release of histamine. Bromelain is also a natural anti inflammatory! So if you want to help your hay fever get your teeth around some pineapple!
