5 Key Parts Of My Daily Routine

Each day is different however there are certain elements to my day which tend to stay the same by choice. Today I am going through 5 key parts of my daily routine with you which make a positive impact on my day.

1) I drink at least 2 Litres of water. I am very conscious of my water intake as it is crucial for our health and body functions. Drinking water means clear skin, no headaches, happy body which is a happy Ivy!

2) Watch Youtube videos. This is a big part of my morning routine. I love to spend time in the morning catching up on my subscription box and getting my creativity juices flowing! I also find it sets me up for the day and gets me excited to film and edit!

3) Walk and Drink. Working from home means you need to be conscious that you do not always stay at home! Every day I like to go out for a walk and grab a juice or some kind of drink and enjoy the sunshine. If I have Marley at home I will take him for a walk or if my mum is around we will take a break to go to a coffee shop. It is important to get outside and have a break from the computer screen. I also like to leave my phone at home if it is possible!

4) Cook. I love cooking! I love to make everything from scratch because I like to have control over what goes into my food. I also suffer from a Gluten, Wheat and Cows milk allergy so it is easier for me to make my food. My diet is plant based and I love to try out new recipes and play around in the kitchen. I have been loving Jess Beautician on youtube. You should defiantly check out her channel for some inspiration if you are vegan or plant based!

5) Read. I find that if I switch off technology at least an hour before I go to bed I have a great nights sleep. If I fail to do this then my sleep is shorter and I like to make sure I have atlas 8 hours of sleep each night. So I like to spend some time reading before I go to bed. I have just written a review of the last book I read The Singles Game by Lauren Weisberger and I loved it! I am a sucker for these books because they are just so easy to read and get into and they are my guilty pleasure! At the moment I am reading After You by JoJo Moyes.
