My Fitness Goals 2017 + Motivational Tips

2017 is here and lets face it some of us may have indulged a little too much over christmas. The New Year is one key times everyone is wanting to get in good fitness habits including myself.

I have a new job and life has shifted a little meaning my day to day life and timetable has changed and now I need to get the right balance with my work and fitness. In today's video I am sharing my Fitness Goal which is to be consistent and tone up (especially my abs + bum) and create a good balance in my life PLUS I am sharing my tips and strategy to do just that!

If you can't join a gym that does not stop you from getting the body you want! Do some at home workouts they are just as effective! Here are some of my favourite at home ab workouts!

Remember though... Abs are made in the kitchen! So make sure your diet is good too!
